Laura Lees holds her intimate, enriching, even riotous workshops in the heart of Edinburgh. Participants will be able to create a totally individual piece of textiles. This can take the form of customised clothing, creating embroidered textiles for interiors, cushion covers, wall hangings or designs for upholstery. This will be accomplished with a variety of techniques. Freehand machine embroidery, applique and hand embroidery, all explained in a relaxed, friendly and creative environment.
